THIS???!!!!The ugly truth is... we are consuming OIL AND FATS with every dip of mayonnaise. But up till now, I've yet to discover why the mayo disolve so quickly from its original solid form to the liquid yucky oil form. Its still a mystery to me!

NO. I went inside a plastic surgery theatre before, saw a big tube of fats just like the above pic, except the colour is in red. The doctor told me it belongs to a patient after liposuction.
